Police Log: Man Faces Charges After Driveway Paving Scam, Car Break-Ins, Investigation of Church Donation Theft

The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. Oct. 20: Two cars were broken into on Riverside Street. A wallet with credit cards, a license, and $100 in cash was taken from one car; and a wallet with a license, credit cards and $120 in cash went missing from the second. They were parked in the driveway and were likely left unlocked.

Police Log: Man Found Undressed in Apartment Building, Medicaid Scam

The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. Oct. 9: A worker at an apartment building on Arsenal Street was told that someone saw a totally nude man in the hallway. The worker came across the man in the building’s stairwell who was wearing no shirt and his genitals were exposed. The worker was caught off guard, was shocked and alarmed.

Police Log: Suspect Kicked Officer While Being Arrested, Man Threatened Customer with Piece of Glass

The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. June 14: At 2 a.m. Officer Khalil Mafhoum spotted a pickup truck stopped in traffic at Galen Street and Nonantum Road and the driver was asleep behind the wheel. The vehicle was running and the brakes were on. The driver seemed confused when he was awakened and did not know where he was. Police detected a smell of alcohol.

Police Log: Pair Arrested for Pulling Knife During Fight, Two Shoplifters Also Face Drug Charges

The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. June 6: A man went into Target and took $58.19 in bath, health and beauty, and grocery items.

June 6: A package was taken from a home on Oliver Road. FedEx delivered the box containing a 15-inch MacBook computer valued at $1,400 at 2:30 p.m. It was gone when the resident returned home. The report was taken by Officer Sean Bowler. June 6: A shoplifter took five pairs of men’s shoes from Marshalls valued at $250.
