The possibility of building a new Middle School in Watertown moved a step closer to becoming a reality at Tuesday’s City Council meeting. The Council also approved funding for projects at City parks, the library, Police Station, and for Watertown’s Treaty Day celebration.

While the Watertown High School field hockey team has made headlines with a national record setting effort and an undefeated record, two other teams made the MIAA state tournament, and other individual Raiders are competing at the State Level.
The Watertown Department announced that registration has opened for the Wachusett Mountain ski and snowboard program. A bus runs from Watertown to the ski area on Saturdays in early 2024.
