BOSTON — The Watertown High School boys hockey team made all the right moves on the way to the TD Garden, and the Raiders looked like they might have one last magical moment to clinch the MIAA Div. 4 State Championship. In the second overtime, however, it was Sandwich that found the puck magic, prevailing 3-2.

Hockey players get used to early morning ice time, but seldom does such an important competition occur at an early hour. The Watertown High School boys hockey team will play for a State Championship beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday against Sandwich at the TD Garden.

LOWELL — The first half of the MIAA Div. 3 State Final started like a dream for the Watertown High School boys basketball team. Like in the previous rounds of the State Tournament the Raiders jumped to a quick lead, but their championship dreams crumbled in the second half.
